A solid understanding of business principles, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Staying updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in human capital management.
LLB degree or degree recognized by the FSCA for a compliance officer.
Registered as a compliance officer with the FSCA or capable of becoming registered (preferred)
Compliance experience 7-10 years in the financial services industry, including experience in the Long-Term Insurance Industry. Excellent knowledge of the FAIS and FIC Act.
